As a Regional President at Southland, Dan Heichelbech oversees the Northwest, Northern California, and Southern California Divisions. Dan leads the strategic growth and development in his region and specific key markets. Building on collaborative client relationships, Dan ensures accountability and insight, helping prove Southland's ability to serve as a trusted partner delivering innovative solutions.

For over 25 years, Dan has been a valuable leader, previously serving as the Northwest Division Leader. He demonstrates passion for client service excellence and design innovation in every aspect of operations. Dan began his career on the jobsite as a project engineer, providing support for high-tech projects, and earned successive promotions to project manager, senior project manager, director of operations, vice president of operations, and president of TCM, which was acquired by Southland in 2014. Additionally, he has vast project management experience in building greenfield healthcare projects where he learned the value of partnering with and enabling field leaders.

Dan holds an MBA from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business and a bachelor's degree in building construction management from Purdue University. He's a board member of the Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association, as well as R&H Construction. He also serves as an instructor and member of the MCAA Institute for Project Management.
