Last Updated: January 1, 2023

Southland Industries and its subsidiary companies (collectively, "Southland," "we," "us," "our") are committed to protecting your privacy. We provide this policy to explain how Southland collects, uses, and discloses your information.

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy governs websites owned and operated by Southland, their subdomains, and all interactive features, applications, or other services that post a link to this Privacy Policy (each, a "Site"). Our Sites may contain links to other websites that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information practices of any third party whose website may be accessible through our Sites, or to any third-party websites on which we advertise. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected about employees, former employees, or job applicants of Southland.

Although the use of certain Non-Personal Information (as defined below) collected, used or disclosed as described herein is not restricted (and to the extent that such is the case, the obligations under this Privacy Policy do not apply to such information), we provide information in this Privacy Policy about the collection of such information for the sake of transparency with respect to the operation of the Sites.

Information we obtain

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, household, or device ("Personal Information"). Personal Information does not include publicly available information or deidentified or aggregated consumer information ("Non-Personal Information").

Information You Provide to Us.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a form, send us an email, or request information. The types of information we collect may include your name, contact information (email address, mailing address and phone number), company name, business details, and any other information you provide.

If you process a payment by way of the Invoice Payment feature on our Site, we will request that you provide name, email address, company name, billing address, phone number, and payment card details (including card number, expiration date and security code). Your payment-related details are collected and stored by our third-party payment processor on our behalf. Southland does not have access to your payment card number. Your payment-related details are only used to process the invoice payment.

Information Collected by Automated Means.

You can browse our Sites without telling us who you are or revealing your Personal Information. But like most websites, we collect usage information automatically from all visitors to our Sites. Usage information may include your IP address or other unique device identifier, your web browser and operating system, the date and time of your visit, the pages from which you navigate to and from our Sites or the search terms that lead you to our Sites, and the pages on our Sites you visit and how long you stay on each page.

We may use third-party analytics services on the Sites, such as Google Analytics. The information we obtain may be disclosed to or collected directly by these providers and other relevant third parties who use the information, for example, to evaluate use of the Sites or help administer the Sites.

Information Obtained from Third Parties.

We may obtain Personal Information from third party sources, such as third parties who market, sell, support or otherwise provide products or services relating to Southland services, including publicly available databases such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.

When you interact with a Southland account on or through a social media platform, such as Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn, we may collect the information that you make available to us on that page or account, including your user ID and/or username, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service.

Cookies

The Sites use "cookies" in order to enhance a user's experience when viewing the Site and to compile statistical information regarding the use of the Site. A cookie is a file that is transmitted by a website to a user's browser. The browser then saves that file in a designated file for cookies on the user's computer. Southland uses cookies to allow it to personalize the user's experience on the Site as well as to allow Southland to compile statistics about how the Site is used, including to help us identify features in which you may have the greatest interest. You may have the ability to change your browser settings to refuse to accept cookies. Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of all our Site features.

How we use the information we obtain

We collect and use the information to respond to your requests, make marketing and sales initiatives relevant to your needs, communicate product or service information, provide service and support, communicate significant changes to the Sites, or inform you of future events. We also may use the information to better improve our Sites, to enable us to customize your experience on the Sites and display relevant informational or promotional material.

Unless you opt-out from receiving Southland marketing materials upon registration, we may email you about products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing materials, you may do so by following the unsubscribe link in the email communications, by going to your account settings (if applicable) or contacting us using the contact information below.
