As Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Boutte oversees the sales and business development efforts across all of Southland’s businesses and divisions. He is responsible for instituting and leading best in class sales and marketing processes, as well as ensuring all orders and sales goals are met companywide. Through a relentless pursuit of commercial excellence, Mr. Boutte helps Southland’s integrated teams identify opportunities to provide customers with connected solutions.
Since beginning his career in sales and business development in 1987, Mr. Boutte has held various management positions and established a reputation for building and developing exceptional sales teams. His expertise with cross-functional teams spanning various regions allows him to strategically guide Southland’s division leaders and their respective sales teams to success. Previously, Mr. Boutte oversaw global sales, marketing, operations, and program development for a leader in the digital industrial market, where he had a history of exceeding revenue goals.
Mr. Boutte is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and currently sits on the advisory board of the S. Truett Cathy Foundation, Junior Achievement USA, and the Lovett School in Atlanta. He has been a member of Southland’s Executive Committee since 2016.
