The City of Brea had a clear mandate to pursue an energy solution. With that in mind, Southland Industries provided a comprehensive energy audit at no cost. The City of Brea then had a clear picture of the city’s total electricity cost. Southland Industries created a solution which provided the City of Brea with new, energy efficient equipment without any out of pocket expense.
